How can I see the details of a previous run of a report?

After reports are built and added to the Reports tab, you can use the report according to your privilege. Each report has the View Archive option, which enables you to view all the previous successful runs of the report.
If no reports are built in your application, you can use the Instant Report option that is available on the Reports tab to build and run reports instantly. You can click View Archive for Instant Report also to view the previous successful runs of the instant reports as well.
