Hello

Below is detailed information

My business is a Pilates Studio. I currently use my mac and mail, address
book, ical and a custom software.

I book classes per hour in 4 types of classes. (Private, Duet, Quartet and
Group) with specific price for each class. Group classes are a course 12-18
events with same participants.

Below is what I had thought of and I need answers on if that is possible.

I receive client information from a wufoo form. Currently I parse with
applescript and create clients in address book.

Give each client a set price or % discount on available classes.

Create classes quickly and easily. ical on mac is very simple.

Put up repeat schedule for events.

Select client and see all classes they have participated in.

Connect to Google calendar. On way sync. Every unavailable timeslot becomes unavailable in Google calendar.

End of each month run a report to see events for all clients who had
events that month. One client at a time.

Send out form email with charge (after me checking it over first) for that
months activity in ÍSK (my currency) and number of each type of event.
Possibly some integration with google api?

Display the total for every month. Compare to previous months, years etc
total and per type of class

Go to clients and see their list of classes.

This image is rather self explanatory.

3 column view. First column is clients, second column is their classes and
third shows info for receipts, notes or nots for the class.

The two rows of checkboxes are for paid and attended classes. Paid box
gets ticked when I create a receipt.

Attended box is automatically ticked but I sometimes untick when clients
do not show up for group course.

Send out receipt electronically to clients when they are created. This is
how they look now

Export receipts in a csv format. I can show you example.
