Notification with Form link not to open

Hi,

In my mashapp, I've added in the business process a notification to External User and checked the Form Link.

Now, I get in the mail a link and password, but when I try to open the form, the error 'You have no privilege to open the form' araises.
But in the ExternalUser_Privilege, I 've marked the form to view by an External User.

What's going wrong?

Hi Hendrik

Can you clear the browser history and check once. If you face the same issue again can you give some more details to analyze the problem clearly.

It's solved now by adding the External User to the mashapp.
