I have been trying to evaluate Cordys Process Factory today, and keep running into the same problem. Whenever I try to create a form, I get an error when I attempt to check the form in as follows:

I cant figure out what the problem is. I have tried to first create a new Application Object and to build the form from that object, and I have also tried to build a form on a new application object. Both of them fail with that error. I have NOT been able to Check In any forms, no matter how simple. I keep getting the same error as above.

I have tried completely deleting all processes, rules, application objects and forms and starting over from scratch, but I can't check in any forms.

I have searched for some help on this issue, and have found two other people who have run into it, but the only response I have seen to the issue is that:
1. It can't be duplicated;
OR
2. It has been resolved.

Neither one of these responses is very helpful. Can someone please look at this and let me know how to correct it?
