I want to grant access to other users in my organization for the application that I created. How do I do it?

You can assign privileges to allow users to access tabs and tab items through which they can use and customize applications.

1. Click Setup > Privileges.
2. Click New.
3. Provide a name and description for the privilege.
4. Select the tabs and tab items that are required to be accessed with this privilege. The tab items are displayed with check boxes under My Page, Setup, Reports and All Forms. New tabs that have been added to the application also appear here. For instance, you can select specific application tabs that you want the user to access but refrain from selecting the Modify Application option that allows the user to modify applications that they access.
5. Click Save.
6. Click Setup > User Data to assign this privilege to those users who require it.
7. Click Save.

The next time the users log into Composer, they will be restricted to access only those applications that are part of the privilege that you assigned to them.
