Can I bring dynamic behavior in a form?

Yes, you can create form rules while building forms to change a form’s behavior dynamically depending on a specified condition. You can define conditions and actions for each form rule.

Using form rules, you can select specific fields or sections to hide or unhide on your form, disable or enable fields and sections, set values that need to be available or unavailable in a select box, assign values to application object fields, and display alert messages or confirmation messages to users.

For instance, in an expense claim example, you can create a form rule to display the following alert message to an employee when an employee creates a new expense claim form and clicks Save: You need to submit the receipts for your expenses to the Finance department as soon as your claim is approved.
