If you're a talented student and interested in building valuable Mashup applications, here's your chance to show the world what you can do! Mashapps '10 is a developer challenge for students participating in the Cordys University Program to create Cloud applications with the Cordys Process Factory.
Participation for Universities and Colleges
Universities and colleges can participate in the competition if they are registered members of the Cordys University Program. The Cordys University Program enables academic learning institutions to connect the world of education to the world of work by providing faculty and students free access to one of the most innovative technologies on the market.
If your university would like to be a Cordys University Program member, please provide us with information about your university. Please note that we do limit the number of openings available in each program, in order to provide the highest-quality experience possible. MashApp2010
MashApp’10 is a world-wide developer contest for students of participating universities to build the most innovative and practical Mashup Application. MashApps® have to be user-friendly and should bring value to the end-user. The winner will receive Apple's brand new iPad! Second and third prizes: an Apple iPod Nano and an iTunes Gift Card worth 100$.
Procedure and deadline
Each student who joins the MashApps ’10 developer contest receives an account of Cordys Process Factory until January 1, 2011, which is the end date for the contest. After that, the Cordys Process Factory team will examine all the MashApps® and select the best entry. Prizes shall be awarded to the winners in the country of residence of the participant provided by the participant in the registration form.
