IT Service Request solves the complexity by having a predefined customizable process. Well-structured simple forms are provided to employees to raise all infrastructure service requests. On submission, a suitable process flow is triggered that takes care of the approval, coordination, and completion of the request. Employees and other stake holders can be notified of the progress on need basis. Resolutions of critical or very important requests are captured in a knowledge repository and can be reused.
